    PRO-TO-CALL'S Rules & Regulations

* Materials are not included in any discounts or promotion. 

* Limited one discount per customer, per job.

* Scheduling is based on weather and type of job.

* If an outside job is scheduled it will be completed on the basis that it does not rain for 3 days if owner decides per 1 day of work outside. 

* If the weather is cold, wet or too humid, exterior work will be postponed until weather has improved. Unless decided otherwise. 

* For materials the customer has a choice of having a credit line opened with the home improvement store, or a 20% deposit written to our company or owners. ( Deposits are Non-Refundable)

* Though this has not happened, If there are any reason(s) that the customer decides not to have the work done with our company, and a deposit has already been paid to our company, the customer is not entitled to a refund. 

* The only type of refund that MAY be issued is if materials are already bought, and the customer decides not to compete the work as previously discussed with our company members, the materials will be given back to the customer with receipt optional. 

* All our work is 100% Guaranteed! Our quality of materials we use and the quality of work our employees use, most of our jobs we complete last between 2-5 years. 

* If any reason you are not satisfied with our quality of work, we will come back and fix any mistakes made by our company ( Example: We miss a spot painting, pressure washing)

* If the customer is not satisfied with our work because of them not liking their choice ( Example: You decide you do not like the color of paint or stain, or decide you do not like the style, ETC) You will be charge an additional fee/price for each room, wall, etc we will have to redo. 

* We are not responsible for any damages caused on customer's property by our company or employees during us working, unless previous arrangements and/or limited liability insurance is in place.
